We do our best to ensure all items listed on our site are available. If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will ship the remaining in-stock items and notify you by email regarding the out-of-stock product. You will not be charged for any unavailable item, and it will be automatically removed from your order. Once the item is restocked, you will receive an email notification with the option to repurchase it. If your original order qualified for free shipping, free shipping will also be honored on the restocked item.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 days of delivery. To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, we will require the following:
A brief description of the damage
Photos clearly showing the damaged item and product packaging
Photos of the original shipping box (if damaged)
A clear photo of the shipping label
Providing this information allows us to review your claim promptly and offer an appropriate resolution. Claims submitted outside this timeframe or without the required documentation may not be eligible for resolution.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier to confirm its location. Occasionally, tracking information may also be updated prematurely by the mail carrier, so we recommend allowing one (1) additional business day after the scanned delivery date for your package to arrive.
If the package still cannot be located, you must contact our Customer Care team within seven (7) days of the scanned delivery date so we can assist you in initiating an investigation with the mail carrier. In some cases, official documentation may be required to verify the missing package claim. Please note that depending on the type of delivery confirmation provided by the carrier, we may be unable to provide a resolution
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means exactly that. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it (unopened) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or full store credit. Returns received between 31 and 60 days from delivery will be issued store credit only. Returns submitted after 60 days will not be accepted. All returns must be new or gently used and include original packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, Best Beauty Bar will issue a refund or credit to your original form of payment or account.
